1. What are the Twilight Talismans?
   Twilight Talismans are handcrafted, limited edition wood-carved pieces designed to emit a calming, ambient glow. Inspired by the beauty of the night sky, each Talisman provides a grounding sensory experience, helping to ease you into a restful state. Created with mindfulness, these glowing companions are perfect for anyone seeking a little extra calm at night and also functions as a sensory sculpture for people of all ages.
   
   
2. What are the Twilight Talismans made of?
   Each Talisman is handcrafted from 100% natural cherry wood, a durable wood known for its beautiful grain patterns, giving each piece a distinctive look and feel. Finished with pure Tung oil, they’re painted with water-based acrylics (including UV Glow paint for that magical, glow-in-the-dark effect) and sealed with a water-based acrylic varnish. This ensures a safe, long-lasting finish that enhances the Talisman’s appearance and durability.
   
   
3. How do Twilight Talismans work?
   Twilight Talismans are designed to emit a calming, ambient glow that brings comfort to nighttime routines. Charge the Talisman with the included 395nm UV flashlight by holding it at a distance of about 50 cm for 1-2 minutes to achieve the best glow. The glow will last for several hours in a dark setting, gently illuminating the room for a relaxing atmosphere. For a quick recharge, simply shine the UV light on the Talisman for 15-20 seconds. Its soft glow can help create a grounding, sensory focus perfect for meditation, mindful breathing exercises, or winding down before sleep.
   
   
4. What accessories come with each Talisman?
   Each Twilight Talisman includes a cotton pouch for safe storage, a UV flashlight for glow charging (requires 3x AAA batteries, not included), and an instruction and care guide to help you maintain your Talisman for long-term enjoyment.
   
   
5. How should I care for my Twilight Talisman?
   To preserve the Talisman’s beauty, reapply a thin coat of Tung oil every few months with a lint-free cloth, rubbing gently in a circular motion and allowing it to dry for 24 hours before handling. For the glossy front, use a soft cloth and a mild detergent solution (1 drop of dishwashing detergent mixed with warm water) to remove fingerprints and dirt. Keep the Talisman in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight, which can affect the glow and finish over time.
   
   
6. Are they safe for children?
   Yes! Twilight Talismans are safe and lightweight, fitting comfortably in the hand and designed for people of all ages, including children. Each piece is built with sensory seekers in mind, especially for neurodivergent individuals. While durable, they’re best handled with care, and we recommend parental supervision when children under 3 are using the UV flashlight. The Talismans are not intended for teething or chewing.
   
   
7. How unique are the Talismans?
   Each Talisman is individually handcrafted, making every piece unique in its shape, wood grain, and finish. Small imperfections such as fingerprints, knots in the wood, and subtle asymmetries are all part of the artisanal charm, ensuring that no two Talismans are identical and adding character to each one.
   
   
8. How long does the glow last, and can I recharge it?
   The glow lasts several hours, providing a soft, steady light through much of the night. For the best effect, use the included UV flashlight to “charge” your Talisman for about 1-2 minutes. In a fully dark room, the glow will be at its most visible. You can quickly recharge the glow at any time with a 15-20 second exposure to the UV light, especially helpful if you want an extra bright glow or if the glow begins to fade during the night.
   
   
9. Do you ship internationally?
   Yes, Twilight Talismans are available internationally, with tracked shipping options to ensure safe delivery to any destination. Please note that depending on your country’s regulations, additional fees or customs charges may apply.
   
   
10. How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your Talisman’s journey on our website’s tracking page or directly through the carrier’s site.
    
    
11. What if my Talisman arrives damaged?
    If your Talisman arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away. You have to send us a photo of the product as you have received them in the box along with your order details, kindly read the instructions on the Refund Policy Page and we’ll work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability.
    
    
12. Can I use my Talisman for mindfulness or meditation?
    Absolutely! Twilight Talismans are crafted to support mindfulness and grounding practices. They can be held during deep breathing exercises, offering a tactile focus, or placed nearby during meditation to create a calming ambiance.
